Trinity VNHA – A Better Experience
By Carla Popp, RN, BSN, MBA
Trinity VNHA
Director, Private Duty & Community Services
It is not uncommon for patients to leave the hospital, doctor’s office or other health care facility with a recommendation for some type of home care. Trinity Visiting Nurse & Homecare Association has been providing home care and community services for more than 106 years. We provide help when you need it the most and where you want to be.
Home care is an ideal alternative to patients whose condition does not require admission to a health care facility, but does require some sort of continuing care, treatment, or instruction. Trinity VNHA offers cost-effective and comprehensive services. We’re here for you and are ready to work with physicians and patients alike to promote, maintain or restore health, or to minimize the effects of an illness or disability.
Our team of health care professionals is ready to help though numerous services, including:
- Skilled nursing care
- Pediatric home care
- Hospice home care
- Foot care clinics
- Physical rehabilitation services
- Flu clinics
- Private duty home care
- Palliative care
- Emergency response (Lifeline)
- Home health telemonitoring
Trinity VNHA is a Medicare-certified, Illinois-licensed home health agency, and provides services in Iowa and Illinois. Selected programs receive financial support from various community organizations including the United Way of the Quad Cities.
