QC Breast Cancer Support Group (Iowa): First Tuesday of each month, 7-9 pm downstairs Trinity at Terrace Park, 4500 Utica Ridge Road, Bettendorf. (Illinois): Third Wednesday of each month, noon luncheon at Butterworth Center, 1105-8th Street, Moline For women dealing with breast cancer or survivors of breast cancer. CASI Caregiver Support Group: Second Monday of each month 11 am- 1 pm, CASI, 1035 W Kimberly Road, Davenport. Hosted by Susan Kivisto, from Alternatives for Older Adults & Karen Coats, from Generations Agency on Aging. Cost: free.
Diabetes Support Group at Genesis: First Tuesday of each month, 11 am to Noon, Larson Center, Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL Recommended for people with diabetes who are interested in receiving help with diabetes self-management. Cost: free. Registration: (309) 792-4389
Grief Support Group – CASI 1035 W Kimberly Road 2nd and 4th Wednesdays 9:30-11 am. Hosted by Vicky Ertel. Donation accepted.
Low Vision Support Group at CASI: the first Thursday of every month 10:00am to noon at CASI, 1035 W. Kimberly Road, Davenport, IA. Ben Lorenzen is facilitator – June’s program is Tom Vaccaro, an Audio Described Specialist for Circa ’21. Tom will talk about services provided at Circa for sight impaired guests. Blood Pressure Checks at CASI Available in Genesis office: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 12:30- 3:30 pm. Dr. Lynn Boelger will do blood pressure checks on Mondays from
12:30- 2 p.m. in the Fitness Center.

Zumba Gold Class – will meet every Wednesday from 1 – 1:45 pm Everyone can do it. It’s lower impact, easy to follow steps, Latin inspired dance fitness party. Come try Zumba Gold! Book Clubs, Movies, Theater Trips and Speakers
Lecture and trunk show Thursday, July 14th at 1pm at Ridgecrest Village Rosalie Baker will be providing the Quilt Show. She began quilting in 1993 after retiring as a commercial artist. She has applied her artist training to the fabrication and design of Pictorial Quilts. Her quilts range from small wall hangings to queen size. Rosalie is an award-winning quilt artist which includes many “Best-of-Show” awards. Her quilts have been exhibited in numerous invitational and juried exhibits. Her quilts have been published in national and international publications. Her quilts “Fisherman Jim” and “You Are My Sunshine” were published in the book “500 Art Quilts”. Her quilt “American Blood Brothers” was exhibited at the Museum of the American Quilters Society in Paducah, KY. For questions please call (563)-391-3430.

CASI Art Classes – Call (563) 386 7477 Art Class with Betty Felder Beginning Donna Dewberry One-Stroke Painting Mondays, 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. This is a six week continuity class consisting of learning to load brushes and strokes for roses, daisies, lilacs, hydrangeas, pansies, and wild flowers along with assorted leaves.
Member cost: $4 per class. Class size is limited. All supplies furnished. Homework is required.
